Saudi Arabia has set its first Orgatec Workspace event in Riyadh on September 16th – 18th 2025, bringing together over 3,500 architects, innovators, and industry leaders from across the globe. The event featured hundreds of exhibitors showcasing thousands of cutting-edge workspace solutions, including modular office furniture, collaborative technologies, lighting systems, acoustics innovations, and media tools. As the region’s premier platform for modern workspaces, Orgatec Workspace Saudi Arabia aims to inspire organisations to rethink how they work, learn, and innovate–transforming offices, educational settings, and healthcare environments into human-centred, adaptable spaces that blend design, productivity, and well-being.

We were thrilled to participate in the inaugural Orgatec Workspace Saudi Arabia, following months of preparation to showcase a workspace that is both inspiring and harmonious.

A heartfelt thank you to our outstanding team and partners — FANTONI Spa, The Senator Group, Framery, and Loook Industries Ltd. for bringing this vision to life, and to all visitors who joined us to exchange ideas and explore the future of workspaces, educational environments, and healthcare spaces.

Our stand was designed as a journey through interactive zones, each inviting exploration and dialogue. At its centre, a striking Fantoni centerpiece combined elegance, comfort, and innovation, encouraging reflection and reminding us to push beyond boundaries.

"The centerpiece resonates with me,” said Sinan. “It reminds me to keep exploring and learning about the beauty our world has to offer. Growth comes from curiosity and openness, and there is always more to see, understand, and appreciate beyond what I already know."

At our booth, visitors explored a wide range of workspace solutions, including privacy pods, individual workstations, collaborative areas, recovery zones, and educational spaces. Each zone was thoughtfully designed to showcase how modern workspace can adapt to diverse needs, fostering productivity, creativity, and well-being.

• Personal Space Zones – Framery One Compact/Lounge highlights a dedicated privacy area engineered for deep focus and concentrated work, seamlessly blending comfort, quietude, and functionality to support optimal productivity.

• Workstations – Quaranta 5 with Qdos, has developed a workspace setup that harmoniously combines functionality with enhanced teamwork and collaborative potential, creating an environment optimised for productivity and innovation.

• Learning Zones – Colab Collection places exploration and knowledge-sharing at its core, creating a space where ideas flourish and collaboration thrives.

• Regeneration Zones – Area designed for relaxation, reflection, and recovering, offering a tranquil environment that nurtures well being and creativity

By integrating these zones with natural elements, Office Inspirations demonstrated how modern workspaces can harmonise functionality, well-being, and creativity, making every environment feel connected, inspiring, and human-centred.
