Located within Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), this workplace was designed to support the evolving needs of a modern organisation, balancing focused work, collaboration and employee wellbeing.

Working alongside H2R Design, Office Inspirations supplied a carefully curated furniture package that combines ergonomic performance with refined design. Every space was selected to encourage productivity while creating an environment that reflects the client's professional identity.

From executive areas and open-plan workstations to collaboration zones, cafés and informal lounges, the project delivers a seamless experience across the office.

A Workplace That Supports Different Ways of Working

Private focus areas sit alongside collaborative meeting spaces, informal touchdown points and welcoming social hubs.

The carefully selected furniture allows each setting to perform its intended purpose while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the office.

Ergonomics Meets Design

Employee wellbeing was a key consideration throughout the project.

More than 200 ergonomic task chairs were installed to support employees throughout the working day, complemented by collaborative furniture designed to encourage movement, flexibility and spontaneous interaction.

Meeting rooms, executive offices, cafés and breakout spaces each feature furniture specifically selected for their function, ensuring comfort without compromising aesthetics.
