In 2025, we partnered with a Global Corporate Client to deliver a high-performing, flexible, and future-ready headquarters in Riyadh to support Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. While the client’s identity remains confidential, the project demonstrates our expertise in creating modern corporate workplaces that balance efficiency, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.

The workspace was designed to support a variety of working styles — from open collaborative zones to private focus areas and meeting rooms. We wanted to ensure the headquarters can evolve with the organisation’s needs while maintaining a professional and cohesive aesthetic.

Curated Furniture & Interior Solutions
Our curated furniture strategy played a key role in bringing the space to life, with carefully selected international brands contributing to a cohesive, high-performance workplace. Each piece was chosen to balance design excellence, functionality, and long-term comfort.
From The Senator Group we have a comprehensive range of ergonomic seating and workplace solutions, including task chairs from the FreeFlow and Ousby collections, alongside workstation desks and benching systems such as Pailo, Chemistry, and Freeway. Meeting tables from the Pailo collection, as well as visitor seating from the Kin and Famiglia collections, supported both formal and informal interactions throughout the space.
Boss Design enhanced collaboration and meeting areas with refined furniture solutions from the Beau, Kit, and Ola collections, bringing a strong architectural presence and visual consistency to shared spaces.
Andreu World introduced warmth and craftsmanship through sustainably sourced seating from the Nuez, Capri, Brandy, and Solo collections, complemented by coffee tables including Bolete and Reverse, adding texture and character to breakout areas.
Colebrook Bosson Saunders supplied ergonomic monitor arm solutions, supporting flexible, efficient, and user-centric workstations.
To address acoustic comfort and privacy, Framery acoustic pods, the Framery One and Framery Four were integrated to support focused work, private calls, and agile working patterns.
Arper contributed with versatile seating and breakout solutions from the Aston, Colina, and Loop collections, while Viccarbe added sculptural elements through the Burin, and Fuste table, collections, enriching collaborative and informal areas.
The combination of these solutions created a modern, efficient, and people-centric environment aligned with global standards.

The completed headquarters delivers a sophisticated and inspiring workplace that supports daily operations, long-term growth, and employee wellbeing — all achieved with discretion and attention to detail.
